I bought No Ads or stars on another device. How do I get them back?
Open the game, tap STORE on the title screen and tap RESTORE PURCHASES at the bottom. No Ads comes back automatically. Star packs are consumable, so they are added once to the device where you bought them.
What does No Ads do?
No Ads ($2.99) gives you every reward bonus (double stars, second chance, bonus gold) without watching an ad, plus a one-time gift of 5 stars. The game never shows forced ads either way.
Where is my progress saved? Can I move it?
Progress is saved only on your device. There is no account or cloud save, so deleting the game deletes your progress. Settings > Reset Progress starts over but keeps your purchases.
How do I change my ad privacy choice?
In the game, open level select, tap the gear icon, then PRIVACY & ADS. Choose ACCEPT (personalised ads) or DECLINE (non-personalised ads). You can change it any time. To control tracking on iPhone, use Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
A reward video didn't load.
Reward videos need an internet connection, and sometimes no ad is available for a moment. The button shows "AD LOADING..." until one is ready. The rest of the game works offline.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my data?
Delete the game from your iPhone to remove your save and settings. Ad data is held by Unity; see our privacy policy for how to make a request, or email us and we'll help.
